I just happened to get my hands on the newest chapter and episode of Naruto. And let me tell you some things about them.

Firstly anime, because it's shorter.
I'm still in awe with the way how Jiraiya's death was showed. All who read manga knew that he was going to die, just like we did with Asuma, but... the last moment's of Toad Sage touched me deeply. I had tears in my eyes when I watched how from sheer will power Jiraiya brought himself back just to send the message about Pein. How he realized that Naruto is the Propheced Child, the Revotionery who'll change the Ninja World... and either bring destruction or salvation to it.
Jiraiya will always be with Naruto and watching him from above.

Now a little longer part, manga.
Let me start from Danzo. This old war hawk is a mastermind of some kind of sick game, as good as Madara. If nothing will stop him he'll get his hands on unprotected Byakugan from the Kiri-nin. I don't know about you but I think it wont be good if this guy gets his hands on both Doujutsu. It's bad enough that he's a Hokage and has the freaking Sharingan and now he wants the All-Seeing-Eye? Konoha is f***ed this way.
Next thing: Kiraibi vs Kisame. We have two hotheads, one Jinchuuriki and the other is as strong as one, wielding a huge chakra-eating sword. Also we have a two store Tanuki (which looked more like a bear to me ) and a guy who could be Lee's father or some close relative at least (you noticed his eyes? just like Lee's, not to mention the eyebrows). I predict three ways how it can end:
1)They go in all-out battle and Kiraibi changes into Hachibi, makes the same trick as he did with Sasuke and runs away.
2)Kisame wins and drags Hachibi back to the base.
3)The guy from enka and giant Tanuki also joins battle with Kiraibi and both drives Kisame away.
And finally... Sakura's confession!
This stuff can make most NaruSaku fans into impression that Naruto will finally be with her and not Hinata... NOT!
Let me tell you why not.
Sakura is too serious for a confession. We don't see how she tells him the first time, just when Naruto wants her to repeat her words. There is little to none emotion in her eyes. Just like she doesn't mean what she says. She's trying too hard to convince him that Sasuke doesn't mean anything to her. And she wants that Naruto will just forget about the promise he made to her. From all things Sakura said I came to one conclusion: she wants to convince herself more than she wants him to believe. Like Naruto said... she's lying to herself.
